By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before engaging us for painting services.

1. Services Provided

Blu Macaw Pro Painting offers comprehensive residential and commercial solutions designed to transform your space. We specialize in interior and exterior painting, epoxy flooring, garage doors, cabinet refinishing, and fence or deck staining. From meticulous surface preparation to the final brushstroke and a spotless clean-up, we manage every detail of your project with professional care.

2 .Estimates

Once you request a quote, we will provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials to be used, and associated costs. Estimates are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances or client requests.

3 .Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% may be required upon acceptance of the estimate to secure your scheduled work date.

Final Payment: We want to ensure you are 100% happy with the transformation! The remaining balance is due only after the job is finished and you are completely satisfied with the final look.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, checks, and the following digital payment methods: Venmo & ACHD payments.

Late Payments: Any payment not received on due date could incur a late fee.

4. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. We offer a three year warranty on workmanship, materials used are quality and are under warranty through Sherwin-Williams. This warranty does not cover damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, improper maintenance, or misuse.

5. Change Orders

If you make changes to the scope of work after the estimate is provided, a written confirmation of changes is required and a cost change may be applicable that reflects changes.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your scheduled service, you may do so, however, cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

7. Liability

Blu Macaw Pro Painting is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Idaho.

9. Legal

If non-payment becomes a problem, we reserve the right to hire a lawyer to receive payment. If legal action is required to recover owed amount, the client will be responsible for all lawyer and court fees.
